A  Yes. We will only process and ship orders over $50.



Q  Does LeesJewelryOnline.com open to the public?

A  No. Lee's Jewelry Inc., is a wholesale company and requires all customers
       to provide a valid resale tax ID number.



Q  How do I make an order?

A
STEP 1: To purchase an item simply click on our ADD TO CART button.

STEP 2 : In your shopping cart select the quantity that you require.

STEP 3 : Click "CONTINUE SHOPPING" and repeat step 1, 2 and 3 until you have all your required items in the shopping cart.

STEP 4: FINALIZE SELECTIONS
Review the contents of your shopping cart, add or remove any items.

STEP 5: ADD SHIPPING AND BILLING DETAILS
Provide your billing and shipping addresses.

STEP 6: REVIEW ORDER
Review your order to ensure that all the information is correct. Make any changes if needed and afterwards, click the Make an Order button. Your order will automatically send to us.

STEP 7: Verification
If you are a first-time buyer, you need to verify your information.
After you make an order, we will call to you within 24 hours to verify your order and information. We will ask you for a copy of your ID and credit card during the verification.

Q  What is your return policy?
A
- All sales are final unless merchandise is received in damaged condition or is shipped in error.
- All returns must contact us first before returning the merchandise
- All returns should be within 7 days of the package receipt date
- All returns must be received  within 10 days from the authorization date
- All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales invoice
- Returned items must be returned in similar packaging and via the same shipping method
  by which it was shipped to the customer
- There are no cash refunds. We will give you a full credit to your store account for the
  returned items
